Engine - oil change and check
Mooring rope - need to be changed
Battery and circuits - check and repair if necessary
Cabin - vaccum and clean, including kitchen. Throw away unnecessary stuff
Cabin - woodwork, paint and finish
Main sail - need to be replaced
